A few more quilts from the show . . . . .

It was a fantastic show.  Great to see so many people in the South interested in wool!

Here are some more pictures from the show.

The first two pictures may look familiar to many of you bloggers.  It is a wool rendition and a redwork rendition of last year's A Tisket, A Tasket by Bunny Hill Designs.

The next few pictures are my favorite quilt from the show.  It didn't win any awards but it won my heart.  Must be the colors!

This next quilt is the same quilt as the first pictures in my last post.  How different they look in different colors!

And a quilt made with Lynda Hall's Gathering Baskets pattern.

And a few pictures of the building we were in.  I meant to take a picture of the inside of the large foyer but forgot.  Still a very beautiful building.

Hope you enjoyed the show!

For the next month I finally have a little break to catch my breath and catch up on some things around the house.  Maybe I'll even show some finished quilts of my own!  Just don't hold me to it!!

Blessings, Cathi

I love that you find time to take pics of quilts to show the rest of us. Thanks so much.

I really think your favourite should have won every award going, it's so beautiful. Perhaps you and I should be setting up as judges?

Wow - I'm with you - that quilt should have won some awards - it is wonderful.

You and I have the same taste in quilts. I would have picked the same quilt as you for a winner. The colors and the style of applique make me happy!

The quilt that won your heart is the Folk Art Blooms quilt by Buggy Barn. The reason I know this is because I just bought the gold fabric to make this beauty!! I have slowly been adding to my fabrics as I see them on sale. I now have all the fabric to make it...just need the TIME!! Great minds think alike!!
